For DIGITAL Orders:
• Your high-resolution digital file will be sent (via Etsy convo) within 2-3 business days of your order. If you need it sooner please convo us or email us iconicadesign@yahoo.com
For PRINTED Orders:
• TURNAROUND TIME: A personalized proof of your invitation will be emailed to you within 2-4 days of receiving your requested information. Once approved, the invitations are normally shipped within 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner we have faster shipping option available for an extra cost.
• Express & Overnight shipping option if needed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
• Digital Orders 1-3 business days depending on quantity of orders placed at that time.
• Printed Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders go through a process of Proofing & Printing prior to shipping. 14 business days is the total time to receive your order. This include the time on each step of the order process.
Proofing 2-4 business days
Printing and packaging up to 4 business days
Shipping 1-6 business days
I Total Time: 14 Business Days I
Please approve your proof as soon as possible after receiving it or this will delay the process. After you approve your proof, your order will be printed and produced within 4 days and shipping time will generally take 1 to 6 business days. Available Shipping methods are , 3 day, 2-day or overnight.
For reorders, the total time estimate is 5-10 days because no proof is provided.

Information you must include:
• Birthday boy/girl Name(s).
• Party date, time, name place & address.
• R.S.V.P. info.
• Other special notes.
Please include your custom text in the NOTES TO SELLER box that appears when you add this listing to your cart.
Please reference the sample invitation in the photo and try to keep your custom text as close to the sample, as a large shift in text volume can alter the integrity of the design. (We will always do our best to accommodate your custom text needs though.)

Please Note: These must be purchased separately as a "Design Change" Listing. Message us for a custom listing.
This listing can be changed to:
*ANY SIZE. Standard is 5x7 but I can accommodate to your needs.
*ANY TYPE OF PARTY. I can change “Bridal” to “Baby” or “Birthday” etc. Need this design modified for a different type of occasion? That can usually be done, but the difficulty varies by design. Simple text changes are typically free, but changes in graphics may require an additional fee. Please message us first to discuss.
*ANY COLOR. You can choose any colors you need. I have a color chart to help you choose if needed.
(Most designs can accommodate color changes, but some exceptions apply.) + $5
*ADD A PHOTO. There is an additional $5.00 charge to add a photo to a non photo invitation. Please purchase this listing also.
*ADD GRAPHICS. If you need additional art added there will be an additional $5.00 charge.
